Low-Level Keyboard Hooks
Macro Keys utilizes Windows low-level keyboard hooks (WH_KEYBOARD_LL) to silently monitor input strings. When a designated abbreviation is detected, it intercepts the final character, deletes the abbreviation via backspace injection, and instantly pastes the expanded text payload.
